Ring To Egg Original by ILLUWIZARD PRESENTS is a direct approach to the classic “object to impossible location” plot: a spectator's borrowed ring vanishes, an ordinary egg is cracked open, and their actual ring is discovered inside the yolk.

A borrowed ring inside an ordinary egg

The routine uses the spectator's actual ring, with no duplicate ring required. The egg itself is completely ordinary and can be purchased from any grocery store. There is no pre-loading, drilling or preparation required to the egg itself.

Ring To Egg Original is designed for solo performance, requiring no assistant. The magician remains in control of the routine from the disappearance of the ring through to its impossible appearance inside the egg.

Also works with coins

Although primarily designed for rings, the gimmick can also accommodate borrowed coins and other tiny personal objects.

Most standard rings are compatible. For the smoothest operation, rings measuring less than 1 cm in width are recommended.

Coins must measure less than 30 mm in diameter and may even be signed by the spectator. Half Dollars and Morgan Dollars are too large for the gimmick.

Performance requirements

The routine requires the performer to wear a structured outer garment such as a suit jacket or blazer, which may be long or short-sleeved. A black jacket is highly recommended.

For maximum visibility, a clear glass or plastic bowl measuring approximately 20-25 cm in diameter is recommended.

For the method to work correctly, the magician must crack the egg as demonstrated in the instructional video.

The setup is stable and resets within seconds, making Ring To Egg Original suitable for table-hopping, corporate events and party shows.
